Hans Jonas Gunzelmann is a PhD Candidate in Political Science and Sociology at the Scuola Normale Superiore (SNS) and a member of the Centre on Social Movement Studies (COSMOS). He works on a dissertation about organizational change in the Catalan Independence Movement under the supervision of Donatella Della Porta. Recently, he has been a visiting researcher at the University of Barcelona and the University of Gothenburg. Before coming to SNS, Jonas studied at the Complutense University Madrid, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Marburg where he obtained an M.A. in Political Science.
